Wake up to the sound of waves lapping on the shore. Situated in historic Fishertown, Dolphin View offers an absolute beachfront position with nothing between you and the sand. Whether you are a golfer, a beach lover, or a family seeking a seaside escape, this is the perfect base to watch the world—and the dolphins—go by.

The Space

  • Living: A comfortable living room with a 43" Smart TV (Netflix/Disney+) and a Bluetooth speaker.

  • Kitchen & Dining: Recently upgraded (April 2025) with high-end integrated appliances (Bosch/Miele), an induction cooktop, and a unique dining area featuring church pew seating.

  • Sleeping: Three upstairs bedrooms: a Master King with views across the Moray Firth, a Twin room, and a Bunk room with its own TV.

  • Outdoors: A fully fenced, paved front garden with a bench for sea-gazing, plus a back garden with private parking.

On Your Doorstep

You are in the ultimate location for exploring Nairn on foot.

  • Beaches: Direct access to Nairn’s famous beaches and the Links.

  • Activities: Two championship golf courses and the Nairn Links Parkrun (Saturdays at 9:30 am) are right outside.

  • Dining: Cafés and restaurants are just a short stroll away at the harbor and marina.

Good to Know

  • Parking: Private on-site parking on the driveway.

  • House Rules: Strict no pets and no smoking policy. A refundable damage deposit applies.

  • Families: A travel cot, high chair, and stair gate (top of stairs) are available.

  • Bins: We offer a £20 refund per week for guests who assist with the Wednesday night bin rotation!
