Set in the peaceful, purpose-built village of Tornagrain, Bookend Cottage is a bright and spacious home designed to be easy to settle into. One of only a small number of holiday lets permitted within the village, it offers a genuinely comfortable Highland base with Inverness Airport just minutes away and the city, Cairngorms, NC500, and Nairn's beaches all within easy reach. Arrive, relax, and explore.
The Space
Sleeping: Three bedrooms sleeping up to six guests. The main bedroom has its own ensuite. Bedroom two has a bunk bed with a full-size double at the bottom, great for families. Bedroom three has a single bed. A modern family bathroom serves the upper floor.
Living: A comfortable lounge with an indoor fireplace that opens directly onto the enclosed back garden, making it easy to move between inside and out.
Kitchen and Dining: A bright, open-plan kitchen and dining area with everything you need, including a dishwasher, coffee maker, wine glasses, and a dining table for the whole group.
Work: A dedicated workspace for anyone needing to stay connected.
Outdoors: A fully enclosed private garden with a patio, outdoor furniture, and a small water feature. A lovely spot for morning coffee or a quiet evening wind-down.
Extras: Downstairs WC with a laundry area. Access to the village residents' tennis court, with racquets provided.

Parking: Free on-street parking available at the property.
Check-in: Self check-in via lockbox from 4pm.
Check-out: 10am.
Tennis: Guests have access to the village residents' tennis court. Racquets provided.
Water feature: The garden includes a small water feature. Children should be supervised outdoors at all times.
Top bunk: The top bunk in bedroom two is not suitable for children under 6.
